Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very spacious, well-equipped, clean, and tastefully decorated, but unfortunately, mine faced the parking lot, was mold-filled, and literally falling apart. The bed, however, was huge and comfortable. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster; while most staff were excellent, helpful, and friendly, there were instances where they intruded unexpectedly into our room in the middle of the night and categorically refused simple requests. The location was convenient, with easy access and peaceful surroundings, but it required a little effort to find. The dining experience was varied; the breakfast spread was good, but there were some inconsistencies, like having to wait for scrambled eggs to be reheated. The hotel had some facilities but lacked in certain areas. Overall, it was a place with potential but had its share of drawbacks.
The hotel room was starting to look a little tired, but it was not a big problem. The door lock had some issues, and the view overlooked the floodlit car park. However, the service was professional and attentive. The location was good, close to the center. The dining options were plentiful and varied, offering a great breakfast spread. Overall, it was an OK experience.
The hotel is peacefully located, ideal as a base, with a beautiful setting and cozy ambiance. The dining experience was very good, offering a variety of options. However, the room service was subpar, and there were issues with the initial room condition.
The hotel is ideally located in a peaceful setting, perfect as a base for exploring the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were spacious and offered a nice view of the hills, but the deluxe room was overpriced with a not-so-great view of the floodlit car park. The service was a mix of unhelpful and helpful experiences, with a touch of arrogance from some staff members. The dining options were excellent, offering a variety of delicious choices. Overall, a good value for money stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room, despite some issues with the door lock, was spacious and had a nice view of the hills, although it could use a bit of renovation. The service, while professional and attentive, had some hiccups with requests. The location, cozy with a fireplace and convenient to reach, was a mix of good proximity to the center but in need of improvement in terms of the surrounding area. The dining experience had its ups and downs, with a range of options but some disappointing aspects. The facilities provided were adequate, but there is room for enhancement.
